Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your products from Sienna Maison.  We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery on select items.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please note a select number of items are not returnable (e.g., gift cards or perishable, customized, or personal care items).

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@siennamaison.com.  To aid in processing your return please include your full name and order number.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, with a photo of the issue, so that we can evaluate it and make it right.  While we do not offer free return shipping, we are happy to send you a label, the cost of which will be deducted from your applicable credit.

Please note that you are responsible for safely getting items back to us.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Refunds will be issued only after the items are received and inspected.  We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return.  If approved, you may receive store credit to use on any Sienna Maison products or a refund to your original payment method less the original and return shipping fees incurred.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
