Salted Caramel 39% Artisan Chocolate Bar

Salted Caramel is one of our favorite flavors - is there a better way to enrich craft chocolate than with creamy caramel & sprinkles of the finest sea salt? Goodio's Salted Caramel has a minimum 49% cacao content & is topped with premium flavor ingredients for extra deliciousness and texture. This chocolate consists of only five ingredients & is certified organic, vegan, and free of dairy, gluten, & soy.

This bar is proudly handmade & stone ground with love in Finland (self-proclaimed as the happiest country in the world) by Goodio Chocolate Artists. Goodio transparently trades, sourcing all their cacao beans directly from Peruvian farmers. Goodio then makes their chocolate from scratch to a finished bar in small batches to ensure quality (bean-to-bar). We also learned that 10% of their employees are disabled (some have language or hearing impairments). 

Ingredients: Cacao beans*, Coconut palm sugar*, Cacao butter*, Coconut flakes*, Sea salt. (*Organic). May contain traces of nuts (cashew). Store in a cool, dry place. Vegan, gluten-free and soy-free. Net Weight: 48 g/1.7 oz.
